We at VisualTenX want you to be completely satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may Request a refund.

2. Service-Based Refunds

Since we provide digital services (Web Development, Marketing, etc.), refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:

  • Project Cancellation: If a project is cancelled by the client before work begins, a full refund of the deposit will be issued.
  • Partial Work: If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, a partial refund may be issued, deducting the cost of hours already spent.
  • Completed Work: Refunds are generally not issued for completed and approved work.

3. Hosting & Domain

Third-party fees such as domain registration and hosting server costs are non-refundable once purchased.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at billing@visualtenx.com with your project details and reason for the request. We will review your request and process it within 7-10 business days.
